Ice roll is a new concept imported from south-eastern Asia. iceRoll is a new concept of ice cream. We have developed and design the -30°C frozen plate we use to roll our ice cream. We use with fresh products only (milk, cream, sugar, fruit, chocolate, etc). We cook it in front of our customers, It is a beautiful and dynamic show. Every ice cream is unique!
